Refund Policy attempts to give original and suitable work that is prepared by our knowledgeable and experienced authors. Poor quality work that does not satisfy our consumers is simply not an option.

Furthermore, before requesting a refund, we strongly advise you to request a revision of your work at least once. Minor changes to the work can be revised and adjusted until you are satisfied with it. This revision is free of charge, so you don’t have to think about asking for it.

NB: In the event that you (the client) fail to cite and modify your work after receiving it properly, you will not be eligible for a refund. As a guide to research, all papers written by our experienced writers must be correctly cited and referenced.

Our refund policy is amicable to our customers in the odd event that you aren’t happy.

Customers will get refunds if only the following situations are met:

  • fails to notify the customer if the writer fails to reach the deadline despite the customer providing the necessary materials promptly.
  • If a report shows that the customer found an unacceptable percentage of plagiarism,
  • Even after several modifications, if a piece of work is still of poor quality, it should be rejected.
  • If the work is not properly checked and corrected on time upon request, it will not be accepted. 
  • Please reach us if you have repeatedly tried to communicate with our customer care using the available channels (emails and Live chats, phone calls, and SMS) and have not received a reply for 24 hours. 

The customer’s money will be returned if, after the order deadline, they decide they no longer want our services. If the writer has already started working on the paper, we will return 50% of the order amount.

Always feel free to contact our customer assistance center and request a partial or full refund if any of the events mentioned above occur. In most circumstances, a refund relates to 50% of the total order payment; therefore, it’s vital to keep this in mind.

The customer can request a refund only after extensive modifications fail to satisfy them. If’s Quality Assurance Department approves your refund request, you should receive your money back according to PayPal’s terms and conditions.

Any refund you get will be determined by our Quality Assurance Department if you do not specify the refund type. Please read our terms and conditions prior to signing up with us in order to avoid any confusion.
