Assignmypapers.com, a writing website (the “Company,” “We,” “Us”) and you (the “Customer” or “You”) have agreed to these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement,” “Contract”), which govern the relationship between the two parties.
Services to be offered
To assist customers with their academic work, we use Microsoft® WordTM, PowerPointTM, and ExcelTM or Apple® Mac OS XTM PagesTM, KeynoteTM, and NumbersTM to deliver documents directly to the customer’s personal account on our website (referred to as “Projects” or “Orders”).
The Project will be completed in accordance with the specifications of the order and within the timeframe specified in the order requirements. Upon mutual agreement, the Company has the right to alter the delivery date.
‘Order Requirements’ include any and all information provided in the order form when it is posted. Within 3 hours of generating urgent Projects (with 2-48-hour delivery) and within 20 hours of creating non-urgent Projects (more than 48-hour delivery), the customer can add any additions, revisions, or project materials.
Unless otherwise agreed with the Company. This information is considered part of “Order Requirements” if it is submitted by the above-mentioned deadline.
All updates and materials will be referred to as “Additional requests” by the Company after the above-mentioned term unless otherwise agreed by the Parties. Additional requests may be subject to a surcharge by the Company depending on the additional work scope required.
We will make sure the Project is completed with the appropriate level of skill and in compliance with the order specifications. That being said, the firm does not guarantee:
The following are examples of web writing projects: raising traffic to your website, enhancing your return on investment, etc.
- For business writing: a successful job interview, a company’s return on investment, and so forth.
- The Project has the nature of “academic assistance,” and the grade can depend on a number of factors outside the Company. This includes all aspects of a customer’s performance during the term, including but not limited to: their professor’s attitude toward them, any additional course materials they did not supply, and their Project presentation. Projects submitted to customers with a certain academic grade are required for academic writing.
- A research project must be completed in accordance with the Order Requirements and delivered on or before the agreed-upon deadline if it is to be completed by the Company.
It is understood and agreed that the customer is solely responsible for their grades and ensuring that the Project is submitted according to their requirements. Customers are urged to review the Project upon receipt from the Company thoroughly and to get in touch with the Company right away if they have any questions or concerns.
For this reason, the Company recommends that customers set their Project deadlines at least 12 hours before the actual deadline for submitting the final product.
Policy on Revision, Refunds, and Cancellations
Within the first 10 days of the Project’s submission, the Company will accept amendment requests from the customer. After this time limit has passed, the Project is closed, and all further requests are treated as new Projects by the Company. Each time a Project or its amendment is submitted, a 10-day review period is granted to allow for feedback.
If the customer deems the Project to be non-compliant with the Order Requirements, the Company will rework the Project for free within the shortest practicable period. Customers who want the Company to update their paper to meet new specifications that are not specified in the Order Requirements will have their request treated as a new Project.
Revision Requests can be refused if the Company cannot fulfill them, or it might charge a fee based on how much extra labor is required to complete them.

Transactions and Fees Payment
“Order Fee” is a fee that the customer agrees to pay to the Company in accordance with all project specifics. Once an order is placed, the Order cost must be paid promptly. The Customer and the Company must agree to any deductions, additional fees, or discounts.
Including but not limited to any and all claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to the Projects, you agree to hold the Company and its officers, directors, and shareholders harmless as well as any of their agents and representatives as well as any of the Company’s subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and legal advisers (the “Companies Affiliates”).
As a condition of using our services or violating or breaching this agreement, you agree to protect, compensate, and hold harmless the Company and its Affiliates against any claim or demand from a third party, including attorney’s fees, resulting from or arising from your use or misuse of our services, your violation or infringement of this agreement or your breach of any third party’s rights, or any other act or omission by you.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.
